Refund & Return Policy
Please carefully review your order information prior to finalizing your purchase. Double-check your name, address, and contents within your order. If incorrect address has been entered please reach out to us within 8 business hours to have it updated. If incorrect address was entered and return to us, we will send an invoice for a new shipping label.
If you received a defective product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent upon request. Replacements will take 4-7 business days and will be sent out accordingly.

We don't refund the money for an order if:
- Your order has already been sent, but you decided to refuse the purchase;
- More than 30 days have passed since you received your order;
- You have left invalid recipient information;
- Order/product was not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances which neither of the parties could have foreseen and influenced their elimination.
