Shipping
We will only ship to the address provided upon checkout. We are not responsible for a failed delivery if you left a wrong shipping address. Please verify your information prior to finalizing your purchase.

All orders are shipped with tracking number which will be sent on your email within 2-4 business days after sending your order.

We are not responsible for orders that have been lost due to mail service.

We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer is accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

We don't refund the money for an order if:
- Your order has already been sent, but you decided to refuse the purchase;
- More than 30 days have passed since you received your order;
- You have left invalid recipient information;
- Order/product was not delivered due to force majeure circumstances which neither of the parties could have foreseen and influenced their elimination.
